Org Flows Agent

The Org Flows Agent is a pre-built Marketplace agent that automatically constructs a complete, validated, and audit-friendly organizational view of a company — without manual research. Leadership information is normally scattered across annual reports, company websites, press releases, regulatory filings, and news articles, with inconsistent titles and reporting lines that change over time. The Org Flows Agent consolidates all of that into a single, hierarchy-aware org structure.

It is built to run end to end without interruption: it does not stop mid-flow to ask the user to "continue," and it maintains context across large executive sets, working reliably whether a company has 5 executives or 150+.

What it produces​

The agent generates a unified leadership view covering four areas:

Complete executive coverage

  • Extracts all relevant executives in a single uninterrupted run.
  • Handles small companies and large enterprises with equal reliability.

Verified organizational hierarchy

  • Identifies N-1 executives — direct reports to the CEO / MD / President.
  • Identifies N-2 executives — reports to senior leadership such as the COO, CFO, and Presidents.
  • Reflects real-world reporting structures rather than a flat list.

Function and business mapping

  • Identifies leaders across key functions — Finance, Legal, HR, Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, and more.
  • Extracts business segments from official reports and maps executives to the segments or units they lead.

Traceability and governance

  • Every executive entry is backed by source URLs, publication or announcement dates, and report page references where available.
  • When information is unavailable, fields are left empty rather than assumed.

Inputs and outputs​

Input: a target company. The agent gathers leadership information from public sources such as annual reports, company websites, press releases, regulatory filings, and news articles.

Output: four clean, unified tables:

  1. Executive Table — name, title, reporting level (N-1 / N-2), responsibilities, sources.
  2. Function Leaders Table — mapping of executives to functional leadership roles.
  3. Business Segments Table — segments identified from official disclosures.
  4. Segment Leaders Table — mapping of executives to each business segment.

All four are structured for easy review, audit, and reuse across teams.
