Run history

Every application (Agent, Tool, or Voice Agent) has its own Run History page — the primary analytics + run list screen for that application. This was previously the Overview tab. Tools include both task-mode Tools and Tools in Conversation mode.

Page structure

The Run History page has two layers:

  1. KPI cards — at the top of the page. Clicking any card opens the Metric Details page (see Analytics for the deep-dive tabs).
  2. Run list — below the KPI cards, with status tabs and global filters.

Global filters (tight scope)

The global filter bar at the top of the Run History page has only three filters:

  • Date range
  • Version
  • Users

This is deliberately tight. Filters like Application name, end-user ID, and application type are not in the global filter bar — they don't apply when you're already looking at a single application's run history.

Run list — status tabs

The run list itself is split by status tabs, not by a global status filter:

  • Completed
  • In Progress
  • Scheduled

Each tab filters the underlying run list. The KPI cards above the list reflect all runs in the current date range, regardless of which tab is selected.

Why the page is structured this way

Run History is for scanning, filtering, and drilling. Filters on the global bar should be the ones you toggle multiple times per session (date, version, user). Status is a navigational concept — closer to "what view am I in" than to "what subset am I filtering down to" — so it lives in tabs.

Cards → Metric Details

Clicking any KPI card opens a Metric Details page with tabs per metric. The default opened tab matches the card you clicked.

Inherited filters carry over to the Metric Details page:

  • Date range
  • Version
  • Users

The Metric Details page covers completed runs only, regardless of which tab (Completed / In Progress / Scheduled) you were on in Run History.

See Analytics for everything inside the Metric Details page.

Voice Agents

Voice agents have their own Run History view tuned for voice — call recording, transcript, audio-synced trace. See Voice Agent run history for the voice-specific layout. The standard Run History page described here is for text-based Tools (both modes) and Agents.
